The Curragh apartment blocks attracting attention

Greeff, who has bought a commercial property in Kenilworth from which the Greeff Properties Head Office now operates, has recently launched a new residential development in the heart of Kenilworth's business hub. Glenda Taylor, Principal of Greeff Rentals is of the opinion that around R14 000 is an achievable rental for the units in the Curragh. The Curragh's design incorporates two bedrooms, with either two bathrooms or one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining/livingarea. All units have balconies. Quality finishes will impart a luxurious feel. "The one remaining 124m2 penthouse will offer exceptional views," says Greeff.

The Curragh units are priced from R2 270 000, inclusive of VAT. No Transfer Duty. Two parking bays per unit are included in the price.
