Greeff Christie's International Real Estate is expanding further into the Cape Town city bowl, growing their unique hands-on brand of professional service excellence to new markets.
Despite the COVID19 pandemic, Greeff has enjoyed a boom in trading with a turnover increase of 205% on last year which is about 30 times what it was in 2001 when Mike Greeff launched the business from his dining room table after accumulating more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry.
The company later aligned with Christie's International Real Estate, the world's leading luxury real estate brand.
"We are looking forward to taking advantage of exciting new opportunities for the company and the property market as we bring our unique style of business to the heart of the mother city," said Mike Greeff.
The opportunity for Greeff Christie's International Real Estate to expand into the city bowl follows the departure of Ryan Greeff, Greeff City Bowl Director and Greeff City Bowl Managing Director, Marthinus Botha from the agency.
According to Mike, Ryan, his eldest son, and Marthinus elected to leave the franchise in pursuit of new business opportunities. "I wish them well as they venture out on their own," said Mike.
"We will soon be announcing exciting plans to serve Greeff's loyal network of homeowners, buyers and sellers and gain new clients in the city bowl," he concluded.
Ryan Greeff, CEO of Quay 1 International Realty says, "We thank Greeff properties for the partnership over the last 5 years and wish them all the best as they continue their journey as a prominent traditional brand in the industry."
"As a company, we look forward to navigating success in the marketplace for both our brokers and clients in new contemporary ways, as well as work vigorously to fulfil our mission of building a brokerage crafted for the marketplace of tomorrow with Quay 1 International Realty."
