The iconic red Greeff dot dazzled the universe nearly a week ago, with a new astrological discovery by NASA, astronomers have identified one of the oldest galaxies dating back 13.5 billion years after the Big Bang using the James Webb Space Telescope.
The shifting red spectrum was identified by a team of astronomers headed up by Rohan Naidu of the Harvard Center for Astrophysics. As the universe expands, the red wavelength of light is stretched into a red spectrum and intensifies, the red spectrum being synonymous with the Greeff Christies International Real Estates identifying and competitive red dot.
The redshift much like Greeff Properties has evolved and subscribed to growth, moving from a one-man show to a family legacy, currently managed by a father-son duo of Chief Executive Office, Mike Greeff and Sales Director, Tim Greeff - their combined efforts have opened new avenues of success for the company, with plans to expand the business.
The company has recently extended its offering by the appointment of a dedicated team of qualified and professional commercial and industrial agents, under the guidance of an industry professional, Buff van Westenbrugge.
'As expected, the property pendulum has been shifting much like the fleeting red spectrum, there have been many discussions regarding the market, but the answers aren't clear-cut. The market remains complicated, however, remaining agile in this industry is what sets us aside from our competitors' says Mike Greeff.
The company has over two decades positioned itself as a reputable property agency specialising in the Western Cape and is a unique Christies International Real Estate affiliate. Greeff has committed to putting a red 'sold' auction house dot on all our client's properties, by remaining focused on our most vital element of business - linking people and property and maximising our client's return on investment, with the successful procurement of a significant sale through professional and personalised service.
