Greeff Christie's Expands its Franchise Business with Top Appointment

Following our success in launching the legendary Christie's brand in the Western Cape ten years ago, our group has achieved exceptional growth within our offices in Cape Town. Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Properties, who started the business from his dining room table in 1999, says that after ten years with the Christie's brand, they have established several franchised businesses in and around Cape Town.

On 1st September 2024, we announced the appointment of Linda Erasmus as Chief Business Operator, with a specific focus on the franchised business of Greeff Christie's and its expansion.

With Linda taking on a role outside the metropolis of Cape Town, Tim Greeff, Sales Director, will ensure the brand's continued success in the heart of the Mother City.

Linda Erasmus, former CEO of Fine & Country (a UK real estate brand), who also holds a law degree, has received numerous accolades throughout her real estate career. She progressed from top agent to best manager, winning National Licence of the Year for three consecutive years under the Seeff brand, before successfully launching an international brand in South Africa in 2005.

Following the sale of her business in 2021, she moved to Cape Town, where she worked for the International Property Awards company, with offices in the UK.

After her move to Cape Town, she became involved as a business consultant for Greeff Christie's. Both Mike and Linda worked at the well-established Seeff Company in the early 1990s.

As two trailblazers of the real estate industry in South Africa, they are equally excited to move into the next phase of development.

Both Mike and Tim Greeff are pleased with the appointment. Mike emphasised not only Linda Erasmus's vast experience but also her well-respected name in the industry. Tim confirms that their team boasts a youthful spirit and welcomes Linda's ability to motivate and teach others. He has no doubt that Linda will fill this position with ease.
