City Bowl celebrates new milestone

Ryan Greeff and Marthinus Botha have been operating Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate in the City Bowl, under license since mid February 2016.

Ryan Greeff has an international marketing and management degree. Having literally grown up in the real estate industry, Ryan has been brokering property in both Australia and Cape Town since the age of 20. He has been the recipient of numerous national awards at real estate companies in both countries.

Marthinus Botha is a young, dynamic and driven individual with a marketing degree. He has been involved with a number of entrepreneurial ventures and was the Financial Mail National Sales Champion in 2014.

"We recognised a need in the real estate industry and market to offer a more contemporary, innovative and professional service in line with the international standards in capitals such as New York, Sydney and London. We provide a more strategic and specialised service in order to extract  the maximum ROI (Return On Investment) for what is invariably our client’s biggest capital asset," says Ryan Greeff.

"In order to offer this service on the scale we envisaged, we realised we needed to attract, grow and retain the best quality local, national and international minds, with a background in marketing/ business/real estate and a flair for business/ entrepreneurial thinking," explains Ryan Greeff. "To this end, we offer specialised training, growth opportunities and an unparalleled support network, from operations to personalised management structures, including the Premium Real Estate Sales System ™, which has proven results."

"At Greeff Christie’s City Bowl, we have created a thriving and vibrant "wecentric"culture – everybody in our organisation matters," says Ryan Greeff. "It’s an environment in which people can discover their gifts, develop them, share them, and be appreciated for doing so. In this way, we’ve crafted a system which nurtures and grows great people."

"We are passionate about South Africa and positive about the country’s future. As the new generation of real estate professionals, we are aware of the social responsibility to create employment and economic value. We also fully embrace and actively participate in the existing #GreeffLove community outreach programmes, for which Greeff Properties has become known; these include sponsorships of The Big Issue and Save the Rhino campaign, as well as supporting Cape-based artists from previously disadvantaged communities through the Mitchell’s Plain Bursary and Role Model Trust and the Greeff Road to Hope Gallery," says Marthinus Botha.
