With over 30 years of multi-industry experience, Pete Sunderland has built a reputation for high service standards, dedication and a genuine passion for helping clients. After starting his career in banking, Pete’s true passion for sales became evident.
He owned and ran his own corporate wear company for 17yrs, while honing his skills in entrepreneurship and customer relations. His clothing sector experience exposed him to PEE and industrial footwear which laid the foundation for his property career.
Starting during Covid forced a start with the basics, and his desire to help and entrepreneurial spirit led him to take to property instantly.
Focusing on Paarden Eiland and Maitland, Pete’s strong work ethic and drive has earned him Broker of the Year awards every year since joining the property sector.
